FARMHOUSE RECIPE

Spinach Salad

Ingredients

1 Pkg Fresh Spinach

4 Hard Boiled Eggs

8 Bacon Strips

1 C Bean Sprouts

1 Small Can Diced Water Chestnuts

Dressing

1 C Salad Oil

1/4 C Wine Vinegar

1/2 TSP Salt

1 C Ketchup

2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Onion Chopped

Fry Bacon until crisp. Drain thoroughly and crumble. Wash and drain spinach. Break into bite sized pieces. Combine salad ingredients.

Combine dressing ingredients in blender and puree. Serve over Spinach.
