Hello October

Hello October

We Have Been Waiting For You...

Gather ye wool and threads this night,

And stitch by candle's flickering light.

Punch thy needle, hook thy wool,

Whilst October's moon hangs pale and full

When witches stir and black cats roam,

Keep cloth and thread close by the home.

Jack O Lanterns softly shine

As olde hands stitch by moon and pine.

So punch and stitch the olde ways true,

With wool and thread the whole night through,

Til Halloween shadows fade from sight,

And morning steals away the night

October is the Gathering Month
