for American Revolutionaries.

Serving food, lodging and drink

Washington, Jefferson and Henry

planned early resistance.

Raleigh's Tavern & Bakery was the

center for Revolutionary thought.

First opened in 1717, their signature

Ginger Cake was baked

daily in wood fire ovens.
